whatever your age and ability, you go at your own pace.
Come and have fun while you burn fat,
tone up, get stronger and fitter!
Currently we run one class every Sunday morning between 8 and 9 am
The session will last for approximately one hour and will be bodyweight exercises, no awkward equipment, no heavy weights etc
It will be FUN
There is LOADS of parking space
On the day please dress accordingly, a fleece or hoodie is ideal until you get warmed up .Loose comfy clothes and good sturdy trainers/sports footwear is advisable If the weather is bad we have use of the scout hall which is HUGE
There are nice clean toilet and washing facilities
Bring a large bottle of still water (flavoured is fine)
A small hand towel is always handy and we advise a small bottle of lucozade sport (or similar as long as it's not fizzy) to sip on during the session.
Try to have something small to eat at least an hour before we get cracking, a banana, small bowl of cereal etc
"This is a great circuit to keep fit, tone up and sweat off some junk. The atmosphere is very friendly, you do not compete with anyone but yourself and the two hosts really look after you making sure you do not aggravate any injury or health problem you may have. You can exercise to the best of your abilities which is fantastic as we are all different. Definitely worth waking up on Sunday mornings"
